I would like to know more details about your Thai cooking program. Please let me know 1) instruction fee for each course (in US dollars) 2) duration for each course. 3) also, please let me know the availability of housing, in case I need to stay there for an extended period. I'm so glad we found your cooking school. It's nice to get out of the city and see how the Thai people live. Your daughter was so nice taking us shopping. I bought a chime at the market just like the one by your guest house. Every time I hear the chimes (once I get them up at home). I will think of you wonderful school and guest house. The food was very good. I was especially impressed having made spring rolls that tasted as good as at the restaurant. When I get home I'll send you the purple bean seeds that turn green once you cook them.
